- Overview
The invention discloses an electric electronic cigarette oil filling machine, which is an electric electronic cigarette oil filling device that can quickly, conveniently and accurately fill oil for multiple electronic cigarettes at the same time.
- Main structure and working principle:
It is mainly composed of mechanical devices and electrical control devices. The electrical part uses a touch screen display. (This equipment is shipped as a whole assembly, and customers do not need to install it themselves)
2.2. Working principle
This device is used to inject e-cigarette atomizer with e-liquid. It is composed of mechanical devices and electrical control devices. The mechanical device includes: electric injection assembly, Z-axis moving assembly, X-axis moving assembly and Y-axis moving assembly. The coordinated operation of each component enables the e-cigarette atomizer to inject e-liquid simply, conveniently and accurately. The data of the device is transmitted to the touch screen through sensors such as temperature and positioning. The device can be automatically controlled and various injection parameters are automatically displayed in real time.

4.1 Installation site requirements
1. In order to stably exert the performance of the equipment, a place with a temperature of 15~120℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 85% should be selected;
2. The ambient temperature of the installation site must not change dramatically;
3. It should be installed on a level ground, in a place without direct sunlight, good ventilation and little dust;
4.2 Equipment moving and loading
1.When the equipment enters the production workshop, please lift the equipment with a lift and keep it level.
2. Unload the packing wooden box before the equipment enters the production workshop
- Safety precautions
5.1 Mechanical Aspects
(1) When operating the equipment, always refer to the operator’s manual.
(2) Wear appropriate work clothes. Those operating or repairing equipment should not wear ties, necklaces or loose clothing, and must wear necessary protective equipment.
(3) Do not touch the heated parts of the equipment with your hands to avoid burns.
(4) Before operating the equipment, consider the steps involved.
(5) Before demonstrating any operation at the equipment, stop all moving parts.
(1) The power supply and wiring terminals of the equipment have electrical hazards. In order to avoid any accidents of electric shock and injury, the main power supply must be cut off before servicing the equipment. And only qualified or trained maintenance personnel can maintain and repair the equipment.
(2) Before doing any maintenance in the electrical box, please turn off the main power supply. It is strictly forbidden to operate with power on. Only trained personnel are allowed to perform maintenance or adjustments with power on.
(3) Know and remember the location of all safety devices and strictly follow standard safety rules.
6.1. Before operation, please carefully check whether the power supply meets the specified voltage, whether the power supply has a ground wire, whether the power cord is properly connected according to the specifications, and whether the electrical components are short-circuited. Carefully check whether there is leakage in each pipeline system and whether the pipeline interfaces are loose; if everything is normal, you can operate.
6.2. Before operating the equipment, demonstrate the operating steps first.
6.3. Do not open the safety door to operate the equipment to avoid accidents.
6.4. The power input terminal of the equipment should be connected to an air switch with leakage protection so that the power can be cut off immediately in an emergency. The casing must be reliably grounded to avoid the risk of electric shock.
6.5. If you need to move the machine, be sure to cut off the power supply before operating.
